4. Packaged in a box (We provide gift wrapping with an additional charge, please contact us at block688@yhenterprise.com).
5. We provide logo print on the USB Flash Drive (front & back) with a minimum order quantity of 50 and an additional charge; storage capacity ranges from 512 MB to 4 GB, please contact us at block688@yhenterprise.com.
6. Warranty against manufacturing defect. Damaged, burned and abused item is not covered under warranty.

2. USB 1.1/2.0.

Payment :
1. For Paypal payments, please pay to block688@yhenterprise.com.
2. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when making payment through paypal as we accept paypal shipping address only (Due to security reason, we do not allow change of address through email).

Delivery :
1. Most orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receipt of full payment.
2. Delivery will be made by registered airmail via Singapore.
3. We deliver world wide.
4. Our selling price does not include delivery charges.
5. Standard delivery charges (subject to changes depending on the quantity ordered & any revision in rates charged by the service provider) :
(a) To Singapore = SGD$4
(b) To Malaysia = MYR$12
(c) To Australia = AUD$5
(d) To US & other countries = USD$4
6. It may take about 2 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for orders to be delivered to their destinations.

Return :
1. If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days after the receipt of the item.
2. The item must be returned in its original condition so that full refund could be made or item could be replaced.
3. Buyer is responsible for delivery charges incurred for returning item to us.
4. It may take about 5 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your return.
